We want every Butterfly Candle experience to begin beautifully—from the moment your order arrives.

SHIPPING

Each order is carefully prepared and packaged before leaving The Butterfly Candle Company.

Please allow time for order processing prior to shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. The Butterfly Candle Company is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

While we take great care in packaging every order, we understand that damage can sometimes occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photographs of the product and its packaging so that we can evaluate the issue.

Once reviewed, eligible items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because fragrance is personal and our products are handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges based solely on fragrance preference.

Returns, replacements, or refunds are generally limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not return any product without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
